Heavenly Father, I know that I am a Sinner and I am lost without you,

Therefore I come before you right now in the name of the Lord JESUS,

I believe in my heart that JESUS died for me on the cross to take away my sin,

I now accept the sacrifice He gave, I receive the life of God into my spirit,

And I confess JESUS as my Lord and Saviour

I declare that I am now saved, I am now Born Again
